So yesterday I decided to change up my workout routine and got quite an excellent regime from bodybuilding.com.
Gave me a great meal plan I can easily adjust. Explains everything to me cause I am quite dumb when it comes to this kind of stuff. On top of that, understands the fact that I am a poor college student with a hectic life haha
Jumped right into it today. Did almost the entire workout. Sadly I missed the abs section. I went to the gym only to find it closed and I hustled my ass back home and did my workout in my basement. Which does not consist of everything I needed but I tried and tried anyway!
So far so good!
